1. Who we are

Arlwena is provided by Sonak Media Ltd, registered in England and Wales, 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom.

2. The service

Arlwena turns your daily check-ins — sleep, mood, energy and symptoms — into a personalised weekly plan for perimenopause and menopause wellbeing. Arlwena is a wellbeing support tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Arlwena. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up.

4. Subscriptions

Arlwena offers auto-renewing subscription plans (currently Monthly and Annual) purchased through the App Store. The following applies to all subscriptions:

• Prices are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same length and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Account Settings, after purchase — cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current active period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited once you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's own refund policies — Sonak Media Ltd cannot issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Arlwena — including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer the app, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Not medical advice

Arlwena supports you in understanding your own patterns — it is not a diagnosis, a medical device, or a substitute for professional medical care. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition, and seek emergency care if you believe you have a medical emergency.

7. Intellectual property

Arlwena, including its design, content and underlying software, is owned by Sonak Media Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your check-in data remains yours — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

8. Termination

You can stop using Arlwena and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Arlwena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonak Media Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
